She was responsive and reassuring beforehand, and was organised with all of the admin. On the day itself, she was a very sensitive, reassuringly exacting and professional presence. The photos that she took were gorgeous - we were so happy with them. She has a beautiful eye and style. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
