Wedding organiser Liz at Liz & Zie planned a beautiful summer outdoor wedding that I photographed over the summer for Kirsty and Dan. Open sided teepee style tents set within a private walled garden, steel band and cocktails and canapés in the late summer sunshine.

Read MoreI had two almost simultaneous enquiries for this same date in July and had to make a decision but Kate made a very convincing argument as to how much fun and how beautiful a wedding at the Pergola Hill and Garden would be. Having photographed a styled shoot there before I knew what a fantastic setting it was and so it was decided.

Having worked with Leo for many years professionally when she asked me to cover her English Country Garden wedding at her grandmother's last home in Somerset I was thrilled! Pretty and summery with a touch of Scotland with a ceilidh as a nod to Doug's heritage.Read More
After 2 years in Glasgow and frequent trips up there since I was 18, Scotland holds a special place in my heart and I jump at every opportunity to work up there. This was a castle wedding near Edinburgh in late summer - absolutely freezing but clear and crisp.Read More

After chatting over Skype Tasha and Andrew, both jockeys now living and racing in Macau, they booked me for their outdoor wedding at Belsaas Estate; a kiwi fruit orchard near Auckland. I’ve shot all sorts of weddings but I have to say that these two were quite possibly the most relaxed couple I have photographed! The whole day and the photography went so smoothly. Maybe it’s something about being in the outdoors – and not facing the craziness of the British weather (the last wedding I did before leaving the UK was in a horrendous downpour and gale force winds!). I’ve now got a real taste for destination wedding photography!Read More
